Automatic pocket filter is a machine designed for fiber or dusty air filtration: air gets conveyed inside and filtered by a needle-punched felt pocket system, pockets which get cleaned by an opposite air flow. Equipment includes a control panel allowing air flow regulation in time and quantity, depending on total air flow, and processed material.
A hopper with a discharging screw, where gets conveyed the processed material to be pressed and expelled, is located at the bottom of the filter: the screw ensures filter continuity, and a waste material reduction up to a third.
Tube frame and sheet metal infill guarantee ease of transport and mounting, and allow fast inspections while the plant is still running.
Pocket filter has six different sizes in order to fill different air flows, and it is indicated for suction and filtration of material and every kind of dust, except for explosive or detonating materials.
