Semi-centralized unit type SMCR is planned for continuous humidification of textile materials, in order to improve final product quality: it is composed of a prefabricated room, two internal filtering walls, and a saturated-air conditioning unit.
Unit is designed according to available room and to processed material: it is realized in a light structure, and isolated sandwich panels, with sliding doors allowing pallets and trolleys transit: two walls with static filers are arranged inside the cabin, while water tightness is guaranteed in the whole unit. Humidification occurs through a Semi-centralized Air conditioning system type SM, with air flows up to 50.000 m3/h, and a continuous recirculation to totally control internal conditions; pipes are made in PAL, and are fully isolated.
This unit includes also a regulation system to control temperature and humidity.
