Fibre compactor C200® is based on a full pneumatic system, which is very simple and functional: inside the equipment, fiber is removed from air through a perforated basket, gets pressed by a pneumatic piston which compacts the material avoiding any damage or curling, offering also the possibility of reusing, stocking or conveying it directly to a press.
This system guarantees a considerable decrease of waste material, a productivity rise, and an immediate financial gain.
Compactor has a sequential panel allowing time regulation for pause and work, based on material quantity: compacting devices for fibre (or different materials) treatment are also provided.
This machine must work in a vacuum circuit, therefore has always a suction fiber-transport fan
