The HI-TECH treatment of the air, applied to the excellence of the Italian food and beverage industry
Emmebi Impianti has created the food and beverage division to satisfy numerous requests we received in the last years for conditioning wine cellars,breweries, and plants in the beverage sector.
The specialisation in this sector was the result of collaborations which were born casually and after being verificated by a huge interest for the new solutions and the results that followed.
The application of technologies used in 30 years of experience in aerotextile sector has transformed in a new interpretation of conditioning in food and beverage plants, ending in alternative solutions that, naturally, improved the traditional realisations, often made by simple plumbing societies.
Emmebi found itself studying new solutions that can be defined as hi-tech for this type of sector.
Starting from simple solutions, like the utilisations of regulation dampers, controlled by pneumatic actuators, in ambient where the washing with chemical agents make difficult the management of the inlet/outlet air, we arrived to the design of plants with filters, humidification groups with air washers, surveys and pneumatic and electric regulation(made by the leader brand Sauter) that allows to control all the parameters in the room.
This innovative vision has let us to create plants that guarantee control and performances superior to the known standard.
Our objective was adopted by wine and food plants throughout Italy, who understand the necessity of competing and holding the highest standard, for being protagonists of the international market.
