Emmebi impianti: rotary air filters
Internal rotary filter FRI is designed for filtration of massive dusty air flows: it is composed of a modular steel structure and metal frame, inside of which a filter medium is installed in a cylinder shape. Dusty air gets conveyed on the inlet door passing from inside to outside through the filter medium, getting dust and waste material removed: filtering setting, which may be in felt, fur or other technical material, according to the waste and air flow, is constantly cleaned by a nozzle system rotating around the central shaft and moving horizontally along the width of the filter. Combined rotation and translation guarantee a full cleaning of the whole surface, extending filtering setting lifespan.
Filter can be installed directly in room without any containment chamber, as clean air exits the filtering setting without any impurity: a security system, detecting the right working of internal rotation, is installed on the equipment, in addition to, in special applications, a blowing system for mechanism cleaning.
This filter has three different sizes, and all of them are modular, in order to best adjust the amount of processed air.
