Prefabricated air washer type is planned for conditioning plants with great air flows: modularity and construction in modular panels ensure a considerable decrease in construction time and costs. Water tank is in inox steel, and infill and roof are in galvanized steel (they can be realized also in inox steel if requested). A PVC piping system to move water from tank to nebulizing nozzles is installed inside the air washer: air rectifier (which straightens air direction) and drop separator (which keeps extra drops away) made in pvc flaps with a specific aerodynamic profile are installed in inlet and outlet, respectively.

Every washer has two water pumps (one for every ramp) with manometers and anti-vibrating joints: static filters with microstretched web are also installed inside the water tank, to block any impurity.

Air washer is available in different sizes, and can be easily adapted to personalized solutions thanks to prefabricated construction: in fact, this equipment can be used not only in textile sector but also for wine cellar conditioning.
