RAPID YARN system is an equipment planned for cleaning ring tubes and removing threads, being able to process up to 400 tubes/h, sizing from 160 up to 300 mm. A full pneumatic functioning allows the full waste removal by pressing a button.

This system offers many advantages: a remarkable decrease in cleaning time, an extended tubes lifespawn, improved outcome in manual labour, and, one of the most important, a total removal of manual workers injuries. Low economic cost is quickly amortised thanks to the huge advantages brought to productive line.

This equipment may include two spare sliding rings, and four legs applied to the base, in order to easily create a strong workbench.
