Screen Prefilter N35 is an equipment designed for pre-filtration of dusty air containing a great amount of waste material: it is composed of a metal structure, a wheel and an inlet-air plenum. Separation between fibre and dusty air occurs through a nylon disc installed on the wheel: the disc gets suctioned and cleaned by a fixed nozzle, directly connected to a fan (material-transport type), gathering all waste on nylon and sending it to waste recovery system. Wheel rotation guarantees a full cleaning, while distance between nozzle and disc prevents incidental breakings. The case is waterproof thanks to a dust cover stripe on the edge of the wheel, preventing also dust exit.

An inspection door, allowing access for maintenance, is installed on the outside. This prefilter has three different sizes, and it is particularly suitable for plants with a great amount of very dusty air.
