Tearing fan is a particularly efficient and innovative solution for waste recovery in every woven and non-woven line (especially for cotton plants).

It is a special equipment designed to suction air, and to tear different materials: it is composed of a solid wielded metal structure, a dynamically balanced impelled with blades, and a directly driven engine. It is usually installed in support of production lines, in order to suction and tear waste material: toothed air inlet is off-centred to impeller’s axis, and can be regulated to best fit material, scrap dimension and wingspan.

There are different sizes, and different motors depending on air flows and processed material.
