Air conditioning unit for rooms, yarn humidification, SMCR type, single or double
Yarn humidification chambers are systems designed for the continuous humidification of textile products, with the aim of improving the quality of the final product. They consist of a prefabricated chamber, two internal filter walls, and a saturated air conditioning unit.
The chamber is custom-designed according to the space available and the quantity of material to be treated. They are made with a lightweight structure and insulated sandwich panels, with sliding doors suitably sized for the passage of pallets or yarn carts. Inside the cabin, there are two walls with static filters to retain any impurities. Everything is watertight to prevent water leakage. Humidification is provided by a semi-centralized SM unit with a flow rate of up to 50,000 m³/h and fixed recirculation, allowing total control of internal conditions without external interference. The ducts are made of fully insulated PAL channels.
The system is supplied with a control system for monitoring temperature and humidity, ensuring optimal and controlled results.
