Thanks to a modern and highly robotized production department, we process all metal alloys up to a thickness of 10 mm.
The mechanical workshop is vertically integrated and carries out all sheet metal working processes, from laser cutting, punching, bending, calendering, turning, milling, and welding.
Over the years, we have produced materials and machines for various sectors, such as textiles, painting, agricultural machinery, glass printing, and oil & gas.

Thanks to thirty years of experience in the textile and non-woven fabric sectors and, more generally, in the design and manufacture of air treatment systems, Emmebi Impianti has developed considerable organizational skills, providing step-by-step support to customers in the creation of entire production lines. The company offers its expertise in the management and planning of complete turnkey projects, from the construction of the building to the start-up of the entire plant, including the definition of the complete production line and the construction of all the systems necessary for the correct functioning and quality of the final product.
