Electro-pneumatic adjustment

REGULATION is a control and management system for our air treatment systems. Especially for air conditioning systems, constant monitoring of external and internal environmental conditions is necessary to ensure the optimal results required by production lines. This system is installed inside a panel located near the control unit and contains the control and management components for the individual devices. The panel is always supplied with a detection point to be positioned in the environment, where the actual conditions of the room are recorded. The data collected by these probes is sent to the panel, reprocessed, and transformed into signals for the equipment’s movement and regulation components (such as servo controls, valves, etc.).

Emmebi Impianti develops pneumatic, electronic, or hybrid control systems. Pneumatic systems have the advantage of being simple, precise, and requiring little maintenance during operation, while electronic systems have the advantage of being able to be inserted inside the electrical panel, saving space and, above all, offering the possibility of being remote-controlled and therefore controllable even from a distance.
