Modulation and adjustment dampers
The control dampers are industrial type and, thanks to their characteristics, can be used in a wide range of applications. They consist of a frame, a series of movable blades, and a lever system, and can be manual or operated by a pneumatic or electric piston. Depending on the field of application, the frame is made of galvanized sheet metal, stainless steel, or aluminum, so that it is also suitable for humid environments or those with significant water flow. They are supplied with a counterframe to be fixed to a structure or even installed directly on a duct. The blades are made of extruded aluminum with an aerodynamic profile and are complete with a rubber gasket to ensure a tight seal. They rotate inside the frame thanks to a system of Derlyn levers and can move either parallel or in opposite directions. The levers can be operated by a handle in the case of manual dampers, or connected to one or more pneumatic or electric pistons.
Customized design and modular construction allow for the creation of a wide range of sizes to best meet the needs of the system, the environment, and the customer.
