Rapid Yarn
The RAPID YARN system is a machine designed to clean ring tubes and remove any remaining yarn. It can process up to 400 tubes per hour, with dimensions ranging from 160 to 300 mm. It is fully pneumatic and very easy to use: once the tube is in place, simply press a button to remove the waste material.
This system has many advantages. It significantly reduces cleaning times, increases the longevity of the tubes, guarantees better results than manual labor, and, not least, completely eliminates minor injuries to manual operators.
The low cost of the machine is quickly offset by the enormous advantages it brings to the production line.
The machine can be supplied with two spare tube sliding rings and four practical legs that can be attached to the base to create a sturdy workbench in a simple and effective manner.
