Scraper fans
The Shredder Fan is a particularly effective and innovative solution for recovering waste in all fabric and non-woven production lines, but especially for lines that process cotton, for which it is extremely convenient due to the advantages it offers.
It is a machine designed for air extraction and the shredding of various types of material. It consists of a sturdy welded metal structure, a dynamically balanced impeller complete with blades, and a directly coupled motor. It is generally installed as part of production lines for the suction of waste material which, thanks to the knives installed on the impeller, is shredded and sent to a collection system. The toothed air inlet nozzle is offset from the impeller axis and can be adjusted to best suit the type of material, controlling the size of the scraps and their degree of opening.
There are different fan sizes and different motors depending on the amount of air and scrap to be treated.
