Dust Collector
The Dust Collector by Emmebi Impianti is a practical, reliable and cost-effective solution for filtering dust-laden air and collecting dust in industrial processes. It is the ideal choice for plants requiring a simple, robust and low-maintenance filtration system.
The unit consists of a sheet steel structure designed for wall mounting, equipped with filter bags made of fabric, nylon or cotton, along with lower dust collection bags. Its compact design allows quick installation and easy integration into both new and existing systems.
Operation is straightforward: dust-laden air is conveyed into the inlet plenum and passes through the filter bags, which retain solid particles while returning clean air to the environment. The collected dust falls directly into the lower collection bags, making handling, disposal and maintenance quick and efficient.
The Bag filter Unit is ideally suited for use with discharge fans for cleaning self-cleaning filters and rotary filters, helping maintain high filtration efficiency and continuous plant operation.
