Industrial control dampers
Emmebi Impianti industrial control dampers are designed to ensure precise airflow regulation in air handling systems. Thanks to their high reliability and extensive customization options, they are the ideal solution for a wide range of industrial applications, including the most demanding operating environments.
Each damper consists of a robust frame, a series of aerodynamically profiled blades, a high-precision linkage system, and either a manual control or an automatic actuation system using electric or pneumatic actuators. This versatility allows easy integration into both new installations and retrofit or upgrading projects for existing systems.
To ensure maximum durability, the frame is manufactured from galvanized steel or stainless steel, providing excellent corrosion resistance and making the damper suitable for humid environments and applications exposed to aggressive operating conditions.
The blades are made of extruded aluminum with an aerodynamic profile and fitted with rubber seals to minimize air leakage and improve system efficiency. Blade movement is achieved through Derlin® linkages, a material renowned for its high wear resistance and low maintenance requirements, and can be configured with either parallel or opposed blade operation. The dampers can also be supplied with a mounting frame for installation in masonry walls, steel structures, or directly inside air ducts.
