Airwasher type sl

The prefabricated Airwasher type SL is designed for air conditioning systems that handle large air volumes. Its modular structure, built with prefabricated panels, significantly reduces installation time while minimizing the costs associated with masonry work and waterproofing.

The unit features a stainless steel water tank, while the side panels and roof are made of galvanized steel; on request, they can also be manufactured entirely in stainless steel. Inside the spray chamber, a PVC piping system conveys water from the tank to the spray nozzles, which atomize the water to efficiently humidify the passing air.

At the air inlet, an air straightener with extruded PVC aerodynamic blades optimizes the airflow. At the outlet, a droplet separator, also made of aerodynamic PVC profiles, retains excess moisture and prevents water droplets from being carried downstream.

Each air washer is equipped with two pumps, one for each spray header, complete with pressure gauges and anti-vibration couplings. Inside the water tank, static filters with expanded metal mesh trap impurities and keep the water circuit clean.

Available in a wide range of configurations, the SL air washer can be easily customized to meet the requirements of any installation thanks to its modular prefabricated design. In addition to textile applications, it is also widely used in the food industry, providing precise air conditioning for wineries, breweries, and other environments where accurate climate control is essential.
