The Emmebi Impianti Disc Pre-Filter is the ideal solution for the pre-filtration of air containing high concentrations of dust, fibres, and production waste. The unit consists of a robust steel structure, a rotating wheel, and an air inlet plenum. A nylon filter disc mounted on the wheel captures fibres and waste materials, while a suction nozzle connected to a material handling fan continuously removes the collected waste and conveys it directly to the waste collection system.

The continuous rotation of the disc provides automatic and uninterrupted cleaning of the filtering surface, ensuring consistently high performance while reducing maintenance requirements. In addition, the specially designed cleaning nozzle prevents direct contact with the filter disc, preserving its integrity and extending its service life.

To ensure maximum sealing, the pre-filter is equipped with a rubber dust-proof gasket along the entire perimeter of the wheel, preventing dust leakage and keeping the system perfectly airtight.
