Fire protection systems
EmmeBi completes its range of systems for the transport and treatment of textile process air with a series of systems aimed at preventing fires, metal contamination, and ATEX and IECEX explosion protection systems.
EmmeBi is the official installer of Saurer Italia’s metal contamination and spark detection and removal systems.
These systems are able to identify metal components and sparks/fire hazards, diverting the affected air flow into a storage “trap” equipped with sprinklers to extinguish the flame.
EmmeBi offers installation, programming, and maintenance of these components, which are essential for the safety of production lines. Also in the field of metal contamination removal, we offer magnetic inertial systems for metal selection within large air flows carrying up to 1500 kg/h of fibers.
Finally, EmmeBi offers fully ATEX-compliant solutions for all its equipment and processes, boasting twenty years of pioneering experience in the diaper industry, in a field that until a few years ago was greatly underestimated but is now required by law for many production applications.
