MN self-cleaning rotary filter
The MN Self-Cleaning Rotary Filter is designed to filter large volumes of dust-laden air containing textile fibres and other waste materials, ensuring high filtration efficiency and continuous operation even in the most demanding industrial applications.
The unit consists of a robust steel structure and a perforated metal cylinder that rotates continuously by means of a dedicated drive system.
Dust-laden air passes through the filter media from the outside to the inside, where dust and waste particles are retained. The cleaned air exits through the filter outlet, ready to be discharged outdoors, recirculated into the working environment or supplied to an air conditioning system.
Depending on the application, the processed material and the airflow rate, the filter can be equipped with different filter media, including polyurethane foam, felt or synthetic fur, ensuring maximum filtration efficiency in every operating condition. A suction nozzle system continuously cleans the filter surface: the nozzles move horizontally along the rotating cylinder, providing uniform and continuous cleaning. The combined rotary and translational movements preserve the efficiency of the filter media and significantly extend its service life.
In addition to the textile industry, the MN Self-Cleaning Rotary Filter is an excellent alternative to conventional cartridge filters in many industrial sectors. Reduced maintenance requirements, longer filter media life and lower operating costs help improve overall plant efficiency while reducing operating expenses.
The system features a fully modular design available in four different diameters. Each diameter can be configured with one to four modules, allowing the filtration capacity to be precisely matched to the required airflow and the specific needs of each installation.
