CVC Cyclone
The CVC Cyclone is a machine designed for dust treatment and collection. It consists of a metal structure and a compacting screw that rotates by means of a gear motor. The dusty air enters tangentially into the upper part of the machine and, due to the cyclonic effect, is stripped of dust and conveyed to the outlet located on the head of the machine. The dust is collected inside the screw conveyor which, rotating on itself, presses and compacts the dust, gradually reducing its volume.
It is generally coupled with an emptying fan for cleaning automatic filters and rotating filters.
There are different sizes of cyclones depending on the amount of air treated.
Installed power: max 1.5 kW.
