CVC Cyclone
The CVC Cyclone by Emmebi Impianti is an efficient and reliable solution for the separation, collection and compaction of dust in industrial processes. Designed to improve the efficiency of dust extraction and filtration systems, it reduces waste volume, simplifies disposal operations and optimizes the management of production residues.
Dust-laden air enters the upper section of the cyclone tangentially and, thanks to the centrifugal effect, solid particles are separated with high efficiency. The cleaned air flows towards the outlet, while the dust is conveyed into the compaction screw, where it is compressed to significantly reduce its volume.
The unit features a robust steel structure and a compaction screw driven by a gear motor, which continuously collects and compresses the dust separated from the airflow. As an alternative to the compaction valve, the cyclone can be equipped with a bag holder that collects uncompacted material inside a PVC collection bag.
The CVC Cyclone is ideally suited for use with discharge fans for the automatic cleaning of self-cleaning filters and rotary filters, helping to maintain consistent filtration performance and improve the overall efficiency of the system.
To meet different production requirements, the CVC Cyclone is available in several sizes, designed to handle a wide range of airflow rates and dust volumes. It can also be installed upstream of the filtration system to perform preliminary dust separation, reducing the amount of dust reaching the filters.
