C200 Fiber Compactor
The C200 fibre compactor is a simple, efficient and fully pneumatic solution designed to optimise the management of fibrous waste and improve material recovery.
Inside the machine, air is separated from the fibre by means of a micro-perforated sheet metal basket and then discharged through the outlet. The retained fibre is compressed by a pneumatic piston, which compacts the material without damaging or curling it.
The compacted material can then be reused, stored or conveyed directly to a baling press, simplifying waste handling and management operations.
The C200 helps to significantly reduce the volume of waste material, increase production process efficiency and achieve a rapid return on investment.
