Fiber separator
The Emmebi Impianti fibre separator is designed for the pre-filtration of dusty air containing high concentrations of fibres and production waste. Thanks to inertial separation, it retains larger particles before they reach the filtration system.
The unit is equipped with a nylon filter sleeve: the air passes through the filter, while fibres and waste are conveyed to the bottom and subsequently extracted towards the waste collection system.
Available in open (A) and closed (C) versions, the separator can be easily integrated into different plant configurations. Each version is available in four sizes, according to the required air flow rate.
An adjustment door on the air inlet allows correct machine calibration and ensures effective inertial separation.
TYPE S1A and S1C: Air flow rate up to 10,000 m³/h
TYPE S2A and S2C: Air flow rate from 10,000 m³/h to 20,000 m³/h
TYPE S3A and S3C: Air flow rate from 20,000 m³/h to 30,000 m³/h
TYPE S4A and S4C: Air flow rate from 30,000 m³/h to 40,000 m³/h
TYPE S5A and S5C: Air flow rate from 40,000 m³/h to 50,000 m³/h
