FR fan
The FR Fan by Emmebi Impianti is a high-pressure centrifugal fan designed to convey small volumes of dust-laden air and used for cleaning and emptying industrial filtration systems. Manufactured entirely by Emmebi Impianti, it delivers outstanding performance and long-term reliability.
The fan features a robust welded painted steel housing and a specially shaped inlet designed to optimize airflow. The die-cast aluminium impeller, directly coupled to a 2-pole motor, ensures efficient operation, a compact design and minimal maintenance requirements.
The aerodynamic profile of the impeller is specifically engineered to transport dust and small particles without creating build-ups or blockages. The use of aluminium also helps reduce the risk of sparks caused by contact between metallic residues and conveyed particles, improving the overall safety of the system.
Thanks to its high operating pressure, the FR Fan provides thorough and effective cleaning of filter media, maintaining consistent filter performance and improving the overall efficiency of the dust extraction system.
