SMCR type yarn humidification chambers
Emmebi Impianti SMR type Yarn Humidification Chambers are designed to provide continuous and controlled humidification of textile products, improving yarn quality and ensuring optimal environmental conditions throughout the conditioning process. Thanks to precise temperature and humidity control, they deliver consistent results while preserving the characteristics of the treated material.
Each chamber is custom-designed and manufactured according to the available space, the required production capacity and the type of material to be processed. The structure is made of insulated sandwich panels, providing excellent thermal and hygrometric insulation, and features stainless steel internal walls. Large sliding doors are sized to facilitate the passage of pallets and yarn trolley carts, simplifying loading and unloading operations.
Inside the chamber, filtering walls equipped with static filters retain dust and impurities, ensuring a clean and controlled working environment. The entire structure is completely watertight, preventing water leakage and guaranteeing maximum operational reliability.
Humidification is provided by a semi-centralized SM series unit, with airflows of up to 50,000 m³/h, operating with total air recirculation to maintain stable internal conditions without being affected by external environmental changes. The distribution ducts, manufactured from fully insulated PAL panels, improve the system’s energy efficiency and ensure uniform air distribution.
To complete the system, Emmebi Impianti integrates an advanced control and regulation system that continuously monitors temperature and humidity while automatically managing the entire installation. This ensures perfectly stable environmental conditions, maximizing finished product quality, process repeatability and overall production efficiency.
