Tearing fans

The Tearing Fan by Emmebi Impianti is an innovative, high-performance solution for shredding and recovering production waste from textile and nonwoven manufacturing lines. It is particularly suitable for cotton processing plants, where it helps optimize material recovery, improve production efficiency and reduce waste.

Designed to combine air conveying and shredding in a single machine, the Tearing Fan features a robust welded steel structure, a dynamically balanced impeller equipped with high-strength blades and a direct-drive motor, ensuring reliability, high performance and low maintenance requirements.

Installed directly on the production line, the system collects production waste and conveys it to the impeller, where the blades shred the material to the required size before sending it to the collection or recovery system. This process simplifies material handling, improves waste management and helps keep the production line clean and efficient.

The toothed air inlet, positioned off-centre with respect to the impeller axis, is fully adjustable. This feature allows the machine to adapt to different types of materials, control the particle size of the shredded waste and achieve the degree of opening required for downstream recovery or recycling processes.

To meet the requirements of every installation, the Tearing Fan is available in several sizes and with different motor ratings, providing the ideal solution according to the required airflow and the amount of material to be processed.
